Animals in Uruguay
Uruguay is a very distinct country, it offers a warmer climate year round, as it is located in South America, and offers warmer temparate zones, yet, still gets cool days during the winter seasons. The country offers very mountanous regions, along with flat lands, beaches, and more amazon like rainforest areas. For this reason, visitors to the country can expect to find a wide variety of animals, ranging from those found in sub tropic climates, to those which are distinct and unique to the country itself. There are several species which are found only in Uruguay, and which have adapted to the changing climates, and regions which the country offers.
